We order digital rewards for your campaign. All the purchased rewards belong to you. If, at the end of the campaign, some rewards remain unclaimed, they will be credited back to your account. You can use them in a future campaign.

If you are unsure about the quantity you need, you can start by ordering a minimum number of gift cards to launch your campaign. Then, based on the results, you can place an additional order (for the same campaign) to adjust your estimates if necessary. Many customers use this option, and there is no extra cost associated with placing an additional order. You simply reorder your gifts at their face value plus the service fees.

Finally, if you prefer a refund, we will reimburse you for the remaining gift amount, minus a 15% service fee.

However, you can from the appyReward dashboard track all results in real time, see how many gifts are redeemed, who are redeeming them, and how many gifts are still available. You can easily project your gift consumption and get notifications on specific levels you reached (mid, 75%, etc.).

appyReward will provide all necessary gift-links in order recipients could redeem their digital gift cards to merchants. You must order the gift cards at least 5 business days before the campaign is launched (3 days for re-order).

Yes, the service allows you to offer your own digital gifts. You can upload your corporate vouchers, coupons, or other valuable conten within your gifts space associated to your account. Just process as if it were a branded gift cards, except that in this case there is NO associated costs

Sure, we take care of the digital delivery of the cards and do support any recipient to claim and get their gifts. On another hand, we are not accountable for the gift or content.
