Do I have to pay for all gift cards weather they are redeemed or not?

We order digital vouchers for your campaign. All the purchased vouchers remain to you. If, at the end of the campaign, you still had unclaimed vouchers, they would be reversed to your account.  You could use them in a next campaign.

On another hand, if you are doubtful on the quantity you need, you can start by ordering a minimum number of gift cards to support the launch of your campaign. Then, following results, you can re-order (for the same campaign) another quantity of cards to complete your estimates if you think it’s necessary. We have a lot of customers that use this option and there is no additional cost associated to request for a re-order. You still re-order your gift at their facial value plus the convenience fees.

Lastly, if you decided to close your appyReward account, we would reimburse you the remaining gifts amount minus a convenience fee of 25%.


How to estimate the right number of gifts to purchase?

This is your campaign, and you should have an idea on returns. However, you can from the appyReward dashboard track all results in real time, see how many gifts are redeemed, who are redeeming them, and how many gifts are still available. You can easily project your gift consumption and get notifications on specific levels you reached (mid, 75%, etc.).

How far in advance should I pay my gifts to be sure there are available?

appyReward will provide all necessary gift-links in order recipients could redeem their digital gift cards to merchants. You must order the gift cards at least 5 business days before the campaign is launched (3 days for re-order).


I don’t find any cards for my territory, or I want to offer my own e-prize; might I use my own gift cards?

Yes, the service allows you to offer your own digital gifts. You can upload your corporate vouchers, coupons, or other valuable conten within your gifts space associated to your account. Just process as if it were a branded gift cards, except that in this case there is NO associated costs


Do you support my recipients redeeming their gifts?

Sure, we take care of the digital delivery of the cards and do support any recipient to claim and get their gifts. On another hand, we are not accountable for the gift or content.
