1. How do I estimate the number of gifts I need?

You don’t need to buy a gift for each contact, you can start by ordering a minimum number of gift cards to support the launch of your campaign, then track all results in real time and check how many gifts are redeemed. You can easily project your gift consumption and get notifications on specific levels you reached (mid, 75%, etc.).

2. Can I add more gifts to an ongoing campaign?

Yes, if you are doubtful on the quantity you need, you can re-order another quantity of gifts to complete your estimates. We have a lot of customers that use this option and there is no additional cost associated to request for a re-order.

3. Do I have to pay for all gifts?

We order the gifts for your campaign. All the purchased gifts remain with you. If, at the end of the campaign, you still have unclaimed gifts, they will be reversed to your account. You can use them in a future campaign. If you decide to end your campaigns and not create new campaigns, we would refund you of the remaining amount of gifts less a 15% convenience fee.

4. Do you support my recipients?

Sure, we take care of the delivery and help any recipient to get their gifts.
